My Way Guarantee

With the purchase of each My Way used vehicle, you benefit from a one-year legal warranty from your My Way Authorized Distributor from whom you purchased the vehicle. This warranty only binds your My Way Authorized Distributor.

This warranty covers all forms of damage (parts and labor) with the exception of wearing parts, parts that are the subject of the maintenance plan, damage after bodywork repairs and accessories, and this labor included.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:

If for a specific reason your vehicle does not meet your expectations, your MY Way Certified Used cars! distributor agrees to take it back under conditions that:

• the return of the vehicle is made within 10 calendar days from the date of actual delivery.
• the vehicle has traveled a maximum of 500 kilometers and is in strictly identical condition to that in which it was on the day of actual delivery.
• all taxes relating to the entry into service of the vehicle remain the responsibility of the customer.
• the condition of the vehicle must be impeccable in terms of bodywork and mechanics.

Extend your warranty

When you buy a My Way car, you have the option of extending the warranty.

When purchasing your My Way vehicle, offer it a National / European Guarantee valid until the date of its 5th birthday!

From the date of the first registration of your vehicle, you have the option of extending this National / European Guarantee until the day of its 3rd, 4th or 5th anniversary with the same terms.
