    Dino 308 GT4 and 208 GT4 (later Ferrari 308 GT4 and 208 GT4) were mid-engined V8 2+2 cars built by Ferrari. Dino 308 GT4 was introduced in 1973 and supplemented by the 208 GT4 in 1975. The cars were sold with Dino badging (continuing the Dino brand to differentiate non-V12 Ferrari) until May 1976, when they received Ferrari badging. The GT4 has a production run of 840.
    The GT4 was a groundbreaking model for Ferrari in several ways. It was the first production Ferrari to feature the mid-engined V8 layout that would become the bulk of the company's business in the succeeding decades, and was the first production Ferrari with Bertone (rather than Pininfarina) designed bodywork. Pininfarina was upset by the decision to give cross-town rival Bertone design, considering all they had done for Ferrari. The styling featured angular lines entirely different from its curvaceous 2-seater brother, Dino 246, and was controversial at the time. Some journalists compared it to the Bertone-designed Lancia Stratos and Lamborghini Urraco, also penned by Marcello Gandini. From the cockpit the driver sees only the road. Enzo Ferrari himself took a major role in its design, even having a mock-up made where he could sit in the car to test different steering, pedals and cockpit seating positioning.
    The chassis was a tubular space frame based on the Dino 246, but was stretched for a 2,550 mm wheelbase to make room for the second row of seats. The suspension was fully independent, with double wishbones, anti-roll bars, coaxial telescopic shock absorbers and coil springs on both axles. Niki Lauda helped set up the chassis.
    Our Dino was delivered new in Italy in 1975 (1 st series) with number plate ROMAT91815. She had 3 owners in Italy before moving to Belgium in 2015.
    Our Belgian owner had a full engine rebuild commissioned with certified Ferrari parts at L’Officina in Overijse Belgium. Where also the gearbox was rebuilt together with a repaint of the original rims.
    The body was in very good condition because she had a repaint in 2011. Showing slight signs of usage today.
    Showing off her original radio and working airco she has 2 sets of keys, owners manual , copy of italian documents and the owner's manual of the radio.

    Onze Dino werd in 1975 nieuw geleverd in Italië (1e serie) met nummerplaat ROMAT91815. Ze had 3 eigenaren in Italië voordat ze in 2015 naar België verhuisde.

    Onze Belgische eigenaar heeft een volledige revisie van de motor laten uitvoeren in opdracht van gecertificeerde Ferrari-onderdelen bij L'Officina in Overijse België. Waar ook de versnellingsbak werd gereviseerd samen met een herschilderen van de originele velgen.
    De chassis was in zeer goede staat omdat ze in 2011 opnieuw werd gespoten. Ze vertoont vandaag lichte gebruikssporen.
    Pronkend met haar originele radio en werkende airco heeft ze 2 sets sleutels, een gebruikershandleiding, een kopie van Italiaanse documenten en de gebruikershandleiding van de radio.
