The new generation of the 911 entered the market in model year 1989, at the same time that the G Series was being phased out. The 911 Carrera 4 of the 964 type featured 85% new parts but largely retained the classic shape of its predecessor.
The 911 Carrera 4 was the first 911 equipped with four-wheel drive. Its electronically controlled permanent four-wheel drive normally transferred 31% of the torque to the front axle and 69% to the rear axle. The distribution could be adjusted to suit the driving situation. A drive switch was located in the center console of the C4. Its 3.6-liter engine produced 250 hp.
Here we got an example in very good OEM condition.
The only modification is the addition of the original Porsche Classic navigation unit.
