Description
Every brand has its own defining characteristics and models that best express its identity. Audi is no exception and is especially renowned for its outstanding Quattro system: a permanent all-wheel-drive system with continuously adjustable torque distribution. It is so effective that no other German manufacturer has truly been able to compete with Audi in this field. Audi’s dominance was also proven in Group B rally racing with the legendary Audi Quattro, until the regulations were changed to reduce their advantage.
We now arrive at the fourth generation of the RS6, known among enthusiasts as the C8. It was introduced in 2019 at the IAA Motor Show. While previous generations could sometimes resemble their more modest siblings at first glance, the C8 leaves no room for doubt. Massive flared wheel arches, large air intakes, and two huge oval exhausts integrated into the rear bumper make its presence unmistakably aggressive.
It is once again powered by the familiar 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, which after the latest update delivers 600 hp and 800 Nm of torque as standard. Thanks to Quattro, traction is virtually limitless, and the car always behaves exactly as expected. Despite its performance, it remains remarkably easy to drive — even comfortable enough to take your grandparents out for a ride.
And our example? In many cars this would be considered one of the least desirable colors, but here it works perfectly. Finished in Audi Exclusive Taktik Green, combined with a black leather and Alcantara interior and fully black wheels matched to the bodywork.
The list of options is extensive — extensive enough that it could easily justify a full review on its own. After a proper drive, it immediately becomes clear why this generation is so popular in Swiss ski resorts and, yes, also among circles of people who do not take the law too seriously.
It has been fully dealer maintained, comes from its first owner in Italy, and is ready for its next chapter.
