The BMW Z3 is one of the most recognisable roadsters of the 1990s. Its classic proportions, with a long bonnet, compact rear end and open-top driving experience, make it an attractive modern classic today.
This example was produced on 27 September 1996 and first registered on 6 February 1997. The car is finished in Montrealblau Metallic (colour code 297) with a black Oregon leather interior. The 1,796 cc M43 engine produces 85 kW and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Power is sent to the rear wheels. The indicated mileage is 116,138 km. The car is in good original, unrestored condition. The body is undamaged and presents well. The paint is in its original colour and shows normal signs of use. The soft top is in good original condition and has been improved with fabric instead of synthetic material. The interior is beautiful and original, and the carpets are in very good condition.
This Z3 comes with an interesting factory specification including a sports leather steering wheel, black Oregon leather, heated seats for driver and passenger, electric windows, wood interior trim, alarm system, fog lights, BMW Business RDS radio and a BMW 6-CD changer. The underside is original and remains in good, honest condition. The tyres have good tread, but date from 2016 and therefore have only limited remaining use.
