La Mazda RX-7 FD est l’une des sportives japonaises les plus emblématiques des années 1990, réputée pour son faible poids, son châssis équilibré et son moteur rotatif caractéristique. Cet exemplaire de 1992 constitue une base honnête et transparente, accompagnée d’un rapport d’expertise détaillé d’Oldtimerfarm.
La peinture présente des traces d’usage normal. Le dessous montre une corrosion superficielle, avec comme points d’attention une fuite au niveau du turbo et une partie arrière de l’échappement non d’origine.
L’intérieur et les moquettes sont en état d’usage normal. Les pompes dans le coffre sont usées. Le compartiment moteur présente un état honnête mais sale.
Mécaniquement, un entretien est nécessaire. Les courroies doivent être remplacées et une usure des supports moteur a été constatée. L’entretien général et les fluides demandent de l’attention. La batterie devra être remplacée à court terme. L’embrayage et la boîte de vitesses montrent des signes d’usure ; la boîte peut parfois craquer en troisième vitesse. Les freins et le frein à main fonctionnent correctement.
Électriquement, le klaxon, les essuie-glaces, le chauffage et le tableau de bord fonctionnent. Le voyant ABS est allumé. L’éclairage fonctionne correctement. Les trains roulants et la suspension fonctionnent bien, avec un léger jeu constaté à l’arrière droit. Les pneus ont encore du profil mais sont anciens (DOT 2009/2011) et donc à usage limité.
