The Ferrari Mondial Quattrovalvole marked a turning point in the Mondial's history. Presented at the end of 1982, it addressed the main criticism leveled at the first Mondial 8: a lack of performance. Power climbed to 240 hp at 7,000 rpm, while torque also improved significantly.
