Can I create an account with a landline number?
No, each account on Gocar.be is linked to a mobile phone number. When finalizing your Gocar.be account, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number you have entered.
Can I register with a foreign mobile number?
It is not possible to register on Gocar.be with a foreign mobile number.
I forgot my password or username.
The identifier usually corresponds to an email address.
In case of a forgotten password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Forgotten password?'.
Is it possible that there is a delay when publishing my ad?
The verification is done manually by our teams. These are therefore carried out during opening hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If the deadline is longer, do not hesitate to contact our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org
I can't create a second ad from my account, why?
We only accept one ad per account for private users.
How do I deactivate an advertisement?
You must log into your account and go to the "My vehicles" menu. You will then have the possibility to deactivate your advertisement (leaving you the possibility of reactivating it afterwards) or to delete it.
How can I ask questions about a vehicle?
You can ask your questions to the user by telephone at the number indicated on the vehicle page, or via the contact form on this same page.
Can I see the vehicles at your home?
Gocar.be is a platform allowing its users to put ads online. Vehicles are not stored with us but with users (professionals and individuals). Gocar.be is a platform of classified ads and not a concession.
